FIRE BRICKS BAUXITE BASED

Our range of refractory bricks are bauxite based alumina silicate fire clay bricks. Fire bricks are made by dry pressing method and are fired in an electronically controlled tunnel kiln. Fire bricks are used in refractory applications ranging from 1260°C – 1450°C.

DENSE CASTABLE

High purity dense castables are suitable for high temperature applications, The dense castable contain high purity refractory cement as the refractory binder. The impurity levels of all these castables are very low. These castables are available in various Types/grades. Each grade of castables are suitable for a specific range of operational conditions of Boilers and Furnaces..

HIGH ALUMINA BINDERS

The high alumina binders, used for making refractory castables, are calcium aluminate cements, a medium purity high alumina refractory binder, sets hydraulically and when used with refractory aggregates, provides a high strength refractory castable. REF-70, a high purity refractory binder, sets hydraulically and when used along with refractory aggregates, provides a refractory castable of superior strength

INSULATING CASTABLES

Our range of insulating castables from the refulyte series to conserve heat in furnaces. They are light but adequately strong, and have low conductivity, thus serving as either hot face or back- up insulating refractory lining. REFULYTE castables are produced in the density range of 400 to 1600 kg/m3. They are available mainly in two different grades - medium purity - REFULYTE 7 and high purity - REFULYTE 11. In addition to standard products, We also provide customised quality to suit customer requirements.

LOW CEMENT CASTABLES

REFMON is a series of low cement castables, having high PCE and high strength at all temperature levels. These castables are favoured in locations, where refractory abuses due to abrasion as well as application temperature are very high. These have low lime content, low porosity and high strength.

MEDIUM PURITY DENSE CASTABLES

Medium purity dense castables are suitable for use in medium temperature applications. This group of castables contain medium purity Refdum as the refractory binder. Depending on the type of refractory aggregates used in these castables, a series of REFCRETE groups of castable are manufactured. All these castables are used in oxidising atmospheres only. These refractory castables are hydraulic settings and can be cast or moulded to any shape, and can also be suitably modified for gunning of furnace linings.

REFRACTORY MORTARS

Refractory Mortars are joining materials for laying refractory bricks. We offer a wide range of fireclay and high alumina mortars. These mortars are used as joining materials for various insulation and high alumina bricks. Mortars like Refset 50, Refset 70 are suitable for different types of insulation/fire bricks. Some of the mortars are supplied as two component system, where liquid binder is separately provided with powder material. Where water is used as liquid component, the amount of water used should be such that it results in trowelling Consistency.

REFRACTORY PLASTICS 

Refractory Plastics are delivered in an unfired and formable condition. The mixtures consist of moistened aggregates that can be rammed into place with an air & electric hammer. These products are used both for original installations and for patching. Plastic refractories can be used in many varied applications and locations because they are essentially formed by the installer to fit the specific use area.

We are the largest supplier of High Alumina Bricks, High Alumina Bricks for Refractory Lining. Our High Alumina Brick have various applications in the steel, power plant industry. Our High Alumina bricks are widely used in the construction of furnaces, kilns, fireplaces and fireboxes for they can withstand high temperatures and are suitable for fire places in the factory and other commercial building. INSULATION BRICKS

We offer an extensive range of insulation bricks, insulating fire bricks. Our lightweight, precision-made insulating bricks help our customers to reduce their operating costs by saving energy. Most of our insulating fire bricks are made from high-purity refractory clays with granulated additions of alumina for the higher temperature-rated products. They are suitable for applications at service temperatures ranging from 1250°c to 1850°c. They can be directly exposed to flame, and combustion. Our manufacturing facility for Clay based Insulation Bricks is located & Wankaner, Gujarat & Mullite & High Performance Insulation bricks are manufactured in Madhya Pradesh.
